By accessing or using Umartco (umartco.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and registered customers.

You agree to use Umartco only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Use the platform in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation • Submit false or misleading information during registration or checkout • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts • Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or extract data from our platform without permission • Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
3. Account Registration
To place orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
4. Orders & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if: • Payment cannot be processed • The product is out of stock • There is a pricing error on the product page • The order appears fraudulent You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled for any of these reasons.
5. Payments
By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate. Umartco uses third-party payment processors and does not store full card details. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Umartco is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you agree to the return conditions outlined in that policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Umartco — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Umartco or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Third-Party Sellers
Umartco serves as a marketplace for third-party sellers. While we screen sellers and monitor product quality, we are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party product descriptions or seller conduct. Disputes with sellers should first be raised with our support team, who will facilitate resolution.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umartco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Umartco, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Umartco after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
