Not happy with your purchase? We make returns simple — 14-day window, free pickup for defective items.
How Returns Work
Initiate Return
Go to Account → Orders, select the item you want to return, and click 'Return Item'. Select a reason and submit.
Pack the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.
Hand Over to Courier
Our courier will contact you within 1–2 business days to arrange a pickup, or drop it off at a designated return point.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
What Can Be Returned?
Eligible for Return
- ✓Item is unused and in its original condition
- ✓All original tags, labels, and accessories are included
- ✓Return is initiated within 14 days of delivery
- ✓Item is accompanied by proof of purchase
Not Eligible for Return
- ✗Perishable goods (food, flowers, grocery items)
- ✗Intimate apparel and swimwear
- ✗Digital downloads and software
- ✗Customized or personalized products
- ✗Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable'
- ✗Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted unless the item is defective or not as described.
2. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid via bKash, Nagad, or card, the refund will be sent there. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via bKash or bank transfer. Processing takes 5–7 business days after we confirm receipt.
3. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return pickup and issue a full refund or replacement — your choice.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases (e.g., item returned without original packaging, or a portion of the order returned), a partial refund may be issued. The exact amount will be communicated before processing.
5. Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, a ৳60 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
