1. Coverage Areas

Umartco delivers to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Delivery availability and speed may vary depending on your specific location. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available shipping options.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once your order ships.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Standard delivery is free for orders over ৳999. Some bulky or oversized items (furniture, appliances) may have additional shipping charges clearly shown at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Use this number to track your delivery in real time. You can also view tracking information in Account → Orders.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails because no one was available to receive the package, our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be notified to arrange re-delivery or a refund.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products (e.g., hazardous materials, oversized goods) may have shipping restrictions or require special handling. These restrictions are clearly noted on the product page.
